How You'll Make an Impact
  • Customer-Centric Initiatives: Enhance the customer experience by embedding satisfaction in all sales strategies.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and manage sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to drive market growth.
  • Team Development: Motivate and coach Sales Managers to meet objectives using peer and mentor strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales metrics, forecast, and boost sales volume and revenue.
  • Process Efficiency: Oversee sales processes, manage funnels, and streamline operations for regional consistency.
  • Market Relationships: Maintain market knowledge, foster stakeholder relationships, and support third-party referrals.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build a talent pipeline, support hiring, and ensure succession planning for team resilience.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This position, will be a combination of field time and office environment.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
  • 7+ years of sales management experience in high-transactional, fast-paced, quota-driven business-to-business environments, such as telecommunications, wireless, or cable industries.
Technical Skills
  • Leverage your expertise in sales management and customer relationship tools to contribute to impactful and meaningful work within our company.

  • Prospecting: Your out-of-the-box prospecting abilities and professional appearance will enhance our brand and open new opportunities for growth.
