Qualifications *2-year degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred *1+ years of experience in a technical support role or internship *Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software *Experience with documentation, in a formal ticketing systems preferred *Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills *Great customer service and interpersonal skills *Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including interacting at executive levels within the organization *Organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize work *Experience with specific IT systems and technologies, such as Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Citrix, and Active Directory *Understanding of network and security best practices Responsibilities *The IT Specialist is responsible for providing tier 1 technical support to their corporate users *This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, training end users, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents *The position is crucial for maintaining efficient IT operations and enhancing user experience *User Access Management for network folders, systems, and applications *Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, network, and software *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues *Provide training and support to end users *Maintain the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems *Manage user accounts and access to systems *Documentation within the ticketing system and knowledge base *Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address incidents and ensure problem resolution *Perform other related duties as assigned Shift: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm.
