The Research in Education and Learning Lab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support ongoing projects related to learning and motivation in educational contexts. This hybrid position includes both remote responsibilities and occasional in-person meetings in Charlottesville, VA. Research Assistants will contribute to a range of tasks, including data collection, transcription, coding, data processing, and preliminary data analysis. They may also assist with the preparation of grants and manuscripts for publication. Extensive training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude. This position requires approximately10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely outside of required in-person meetings or data collection sessions.
