The impact you'll make

The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Senior Finance Director. The Manager will be responsible for Spares Product Line P&L as well as Operating expenses for Customer Support Business Group (CSBG).

Our team is the Finance business partner to CSBG. We are responsible for all aspects of financial support including forecasting, modeling, reporting, accounting, internal business control and asset management. We provide financial oversight as well as decision support. With direct access to VP level executives, the Senior Finance Manager provides analytics, identifies and manages risks and opportunities for strategic decisions as well as operational excellence.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for headcount/Opex for CSBG as well as OES for a total of ~$400M (ALE+BLE)
    • Manage end-to-end processes including forecasting, planning, performance tracking, closing, reporting and variance analysis.
    • Act as finance business partners for engineering and operations. Support new product launch and new initiatives.
    • Perform strategic analysis. Lead ZBB process Make recommendations for profitability improvement.
  • Responsible for Spares P&L & Balance Sheet
    • Analyze financial performance. Review trends and business insights that influence revenue, cost, and gross margin. Present results and analysis to line executives.
    • Close collaboration with cross functional teams globally to understand business drivers and performance to operations metrics.
    • Managing close processes, reserve assessment on last-time-buy inventory.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of strategic initiatives / new business model.
    • Support Internal Audit and SOX requests.
  • Responsible for overall CSBG P&L consolidation, analysis and reporting. Present the results and analysis to Ops Executive.
  • Responsible for capital process for CSBG and OES.
Who we're looking for

The Sr. Manager should be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, capable of setting up processes and structures, a good problem solver, and comfortable engaging in business partnership with cross functional team and senior executives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+years of related experience and a Master's degree. Experience in semiconductor industry or a high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of management experience. An advanced degree preferred.
  • Very strong Excel analytical & modeling skills.
  • Analytical, detailed, accurate, dedicated, results-oriented, and highly ethical.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be proactive and have solid business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 -$276,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
