Responsibilities Who We Are We're not here to maintain the status quo - we're here to rewrite it and innovate at the pace of need. Our team is laser-focused on building next-generation tracking and sensing technology for the DoD, and we're expanding our footprint from software into a full-stack hardware line of business. We're standing up a new hardware capability focused on delivering rugged, mission-ready IoT devices to the field-fast. The Opportunity We're looking for a General Manager of Hardware to build and scale our IoT hardware business line. You'll take early-stage prototypes developed by a small embedded systems team and lead the transformation into production-ready tags, sensors, and edge devices built for the warfighter. This is a Director-level role where you'll own the entire hardware lifecycle-from prototyping and contract manufacturing to quality assurance, supply chain, and delivery. You'll build and lead a small, highly capable team while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to ship real hardware into the field. What You'll Do
