Role Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering strategic projects? We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) from planning through execution. In this role, you will drive accountability across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of RCM Program Management Office (PMO), you will leverage your expertise in project management, communication, and continuous improvement to implement impactful solutions that optimize RCM performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Drive the successful execution of RCM projects by maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource alignment.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business, finance, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Deliver timely, data-driven status updates and present actionable insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, costs, SLAs, and KPIs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Analyze RCM data to uncover trends, measure adoption and performance, and inform process improvement initiatives.

  • Promote teamwork, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and actively seek and incorporate feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Lead continuous improvement and automation efforts to streamline RCM processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance scalability.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management required.

  • Extensive experience managing projects cross-functionally across all levels of an organization required.

  • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly as it relates to change management and culture.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a time-sensitive and resource constrained project environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical device, and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred.

  • Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of government healthcare regulations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Competitive Bidding process, preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management and/or DME billing requirements strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Sports Medicine or a related field required.

  • PMP certification preferred.

Travel:

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.

Work Environment | Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment.

  • Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms.

  • Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
