Technical Team Lead and Audit Manager

Amyx is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead and Audit Manager to support the DLA AMPS Legacy initiative within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This dual-role position will guide a technical team (Operating System Admins, Network Engineers, and Database Administrators) using Agile methodology, organizing sprints, maintaining Jira board, understanding teams tasks to be able to brief upper management. The second part of the role is to support audit requests for the AMPS application - attending meetings, determining what artifacts will meet a request, working with the overall team to collect and ultimately deliver the artifacts.

Serve as technical team lead facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning.
• Collaborate with AMPS PMO and team to manage and refine the product backlog, user stories, and priorities.
• Lead the development and execution of audit readiness plans, including evidence collection, control mapping, and documentation of compliance processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal security frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP) applicable to cloud-hosted systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams-security, engineering, QA, and project management-to embed audit requirements into Agile delivery.
• Report progress, metrics, and risk indicators to Amyx leadership and government stakeholders.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset and promote Agile best practices across the team.
• Support the integration of legacy DLA systems with OCI-hosted components, ensuring secure and compliant transitions.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required:

• 3+ years of experience leading technical team projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting audit readiness and compliance for federal programs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple stakeholders.

Desired:

• Experience working with DLA or other DoD components
• Experience with Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Audit, compliance, or cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISA, CAP, CGRC)
