Job Description: Crowe is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join our expanding Federal Tax practice in New York City. This role provides an opportunity to join a high-performing practice where you will use your expertise in taxation to provide consulting and compliance services to complex private equity owned and privately held corporate businesses. You will help lead and manage our growth, identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead teams and work closely with other Partners and clients. This role will require the oversight of multiple client service teams and the proven ability to plan, direct, and execute tax projects focused on corporate taxation and private equity. Responsibilities include client relationship management and oversight of all aspects of taxation including, federal, state, and local and international tax matters. A successful candidate will demonstrate consistent collaboration with subject-matter experts in various tax disciplines to identify and deliver tax consulting services including value added opportunities, tax risk management, and merger and acquisition structuring. Function as a business leader through continuous networking activities at both professional and community-based events. Demonstrated ability to proactively work with clients to continuously anticipate and resolve business issues. Develop and promote new ideas and business solutions that result in successful attraction of new clients as well as extended services to existing clients. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The salary range for this role considers various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The salary range provided is an estimate, with actual pay within this range determined by your specific qualifications and experience.
