| SUMMARY  The Director of Construction Technology is a leadership role for innovative technology and provides strategic planning, direction, and overall execution of applications and technologies with the focus on construction operations. The Director of Construction Technology will champion the integration of digital technologies utilized in construction to augment operational efficiency and introduce innovative solutions catering to a broad user base. This role partners with company leadership, business service groups, and operating groups to ensure construction technologies are implemented & used in a manner that benefits the company. RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
 
 Proactively work with stakeholders to establish & execute the digital technology strategy & roadmap for construction lifecycle, and effectively communicate it to leadership and non-technical team membersBuild trusted partner relationships with Construction Operational leaders to drive value through technology to enable their objectivesServe as the subject matter expert for strategic input on construction digital technologies, initiatives and programsPartner with relevant Service Groups, Operating Groups, and Business Service Groups to provide program and project level oversight for all construction digital technology initiatives, ensuring that work adheres to the strategy and roadmapEvaluate and determine return on technology investments both financially and through user experiencePartner with relevant technology owners to drive adoption within Construction Operating groups, and ensure the value realization to bring efficiency to construction projectsBuild collaboration across ITS teams and Business to facilitate continuous improvement of technology solutions and processesManage risks, resource allocation, project prioritization, and research & recommend new technologies & servicesEffectively build relationships with stakeholders, and influence their technology adoptionLead, mentor, and manage team, and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the teamEffectively manage IT technology partners to ensure their services and build relationships with them to influence their product roadmap to better support our process & needsDevelop, manage, allocate and govern the annual budget
 
 QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related fieldExperience in developing organization's technology strategy with roadmap, together with execution10 or more years of leadership experience in information technologyExperience managing and planning a complex operating budgetExperience of construction technology is highly preferredExperience of Enterprise (or Application) ArchitectureAbility to travel to construction job sites as needed

 The base pay range for this role is $169,900 MIN - $250,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
