Position Summary and Responsibilities:



The National Accounts Administrative Analyst plays a critical supporting role within the National Accounts team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the National Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in various software applications. They will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to contributing to the success of the National Accounts department.



Key Responsibilities:



Pricing Communication and Analysis:



  • Clearly and promptly communicate pricing changes to the department.
  • Tabulate and analyze pricing surveys results and providing summary to the team.
  • Maintain and update external pricing with meticulous accuracy.


Administrative and Financial Support



  • Facilitate meeting preparations, including invites, booking rooms, scheduling, and coordinating.
  • Provide essential data entry and general administrative support.
  • Reviewing of invoices for accuracy, routing them for internal approval, and ensuring timely submission to accounts payable.


Operational and Team Support:



  • Manage weekly scanned ads and tracking, distributing them to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of impactful presentation for the National Accounts department.
  • Support the National Accounts teams with essential reporting needs.
  • Manage, track and assist with retailer entertainment tickets and sponsorships
  • Take on other duties as assigned to support the National Account team's objectives.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support, sales support, or analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.


Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Primarily office-based with computer work.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.
