PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide consistency, exceptional guest service, and knowledgeable assistance for Human Resources. This role involves administering employee onboarding, distributing employee privileges and perks, and offering general support to both employees and guests at Deer Valley Resort.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer multiple aspects of the hiring process, including processing rehire offers
  • Maintain professional and courteous attitude in high pressure situations
  • Administer perk privileges and rewards to eligible parties
  • Administer onboarding for all employees and ensure accuracy of information
  • Understand the appropriate types of acceptable I-9 documents - and verification of such through use of E-Verify
  • Produce ID cards for employees, dependents, designates and volunteer programs
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed
  • Maintain all filing for Human Resources
  • Be knowledgeable in operation of office machines
  • Be knowledgeable of Deer Valley events, staff, facilities and products and provide information
  • Produce end of day payment reconciliation
  • Understand the duties of the Human Resources team and be available to answer questions and assist
  • Be aware of and adhere to Deer Valley Resort policy at all times
  • Keep all personnel information confidential
  • Assist with monthly prize drawings
  • Assist with planning employee events
  • Special duties and/or assignments as needed
  • Cooperate with coworkers in the completion of daily work assignments
  • Assist with office supply inventory
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Committed to outstanding internal guest service
  • Able to work positively with a variety of personalities
  • Possess outstanding communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Comfortable in multitasking environment
  • Spanish speaking skills are very helpful but not required
  • Extremely organized with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.


DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • 9/1/2025 - 4/20/2026


PAY RATE:
  • $21.00 per hour
