Job purpose

Arrange the secure, and cost-effective movement of Fragrance goods, raw materials necessary for the company's operation, as well as finished products across international borders.

Core responsibilities




  • Perform a range of administrative activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents.



  • Prepare and maintain shipping records; prepare bills of lading; compute duties, tariffs, price conversions, weights, and volumes.



  • Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all export regulations.



  • Process export documentation within established deadlines.



  • Communicate with carriers.



  • Deal with the whole order process from preparing orders to liaising with the shipping lines and warehouse team.



  • Communicate with external organizations (for example, customs authorities or shipping agents) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.



  • Keep abreast of changes in trade regulations to ensure company compliance.





Academic background

Diploma in Logistics

Professional experience

1 to 3 years of experience in export administration or supply chain, quality and/or materials management.

Technical skills




  • Awareness of export regulations.



  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).



  • Sap Knowledge (Preferred)





Salary expectation based on experience: $60,000 - $80,000
