What You'll Do:

As a Trials and Rentals Associate, you'll be the vital link in getting life-changing communication devices into the hands of those who need them. The Trials and Rentals Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and imaging devices to our customers, along with preparing any other equipment that is needed, such as devices, keyguards, and mounts.

As a Trials and Rentals Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers across the country
  • Preparing and imaging devices with required software
  • Assembling and organizing equipment like mounts and keyguards
  • Inspecting, testing, and restocking returned equipment
  • Ensuring all shipments meet quality and carrier standards
  • Maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized work area
  • Offering suggestions for process improvements-we value your voice
  • Supporting additional warehouse and logistics tasks as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of related experience
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with basic computer tasks and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfort with light technical or assembly work
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and improve processes
