Adolescent Addiction Treatment Coordinator

Are you passionate about helping adolescents break free from the grip of substance use and reclaim their potential? Join our dynamic team as the Adolescent Addiction Treatment Coordinator-a key clinical role dedicated to supporting teens on their path to recovery.

What You'll Do:
As the Adolescent Addiction Treatment Coordinator, you will take the lead in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents struggling with substance use. You'll play a vital role in:




  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments



  • Facilitating engaging and impactful group and individual therapy sessions



  • Developing individualized treatment plans and managing cases from intake to discharge



  • Coordinating referrals and ensuring seamless discharge planning



  • Administering and interpreting weekly urine drug screens



  • Collaborating with families, schools, and other care providers to ensure holistic, wraparound support



  • Leading Level 1 outpatient substance abuse treatment and two adolescent-focused educational programs



  • Maintaining clear, timely documentation and contributing to monthly program reporting




Who You'll Work With:
You'll report directly to the Program Operations Manager and work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your commitment to adolescent behavioral health. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:




  • Active LCSW-C or LCPC license in Maryland (required)



  • 1-3 years of experience working with adolescents (preferred)



  • 1-3 years of experience in substance use treatment (preferred)



  • A passion for youth advocacy, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to build trust quickly with teens and families

Salary Range: Minimum 32.14/hour - Maximum 53.01/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
