Overview: Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a ServiceNow Developer in Columbus, OH. It is a contract position with 6 months to start, with strong potential for extension. This position offers benefits!
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, etc.).
  • Handle day-to-day ServiceNow development and administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system goals.
  • Configure SLA definitions, service catalog items, and associated workflows.
  • Maintain system documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Performance Analytics.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Enhance key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Request Fulfillment.
  • Build integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party APIs.
  • Design and deliver executive-facing dashboards using Performance Analytics.
  • Develop an automated FedEx integration to retrieve and display shipment tracking information within ServiceNow.
