Summary Job Description: Nuclear Med Tech Team Lead 40 Hours Weekly, Full Time, Dayshift We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily workflow of patients within the imaging department under the direction of the Section Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating daily exam assignments, managing staff workflow across inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients, and ensuring that all procedures meet quality control standards and state regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will provide direction to technologists, monitor image quality, and promptly report equipment issues. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as this position addresses workflow issues, collaborates with leadership on staff-related concerns, and works to improve departmental processes. Additional duties include verifying patient information, following exam protocols, monitoring patient safety during procedures, and assisting radiologists when needed. Proficiency in EPIC and Enterprise Imaging systems is required for study completion and documentation. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology. One year prior Nuclear Med Tech experience required. Leadership experience preferred. KBMIRT at time of hire. DOT certification due within 90 days of hire. NMTCB and/or ARRT within 90 days of hire. Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
