Looking for an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint that will be responsible for one or more of the following in a fast-moving distributed work environment: * Managing the intake, facilitating the estimation and tracking the communication of project estimates across multiple software development teams * Tracking down awarded funding and reconciling against provided estimates * Forecasting resources to established funding amounts and delivery timelines * Coordinating Project delivery at a Program or Project Level * Tracking Direct, Contract and Vendor Expenses * Facilitating the resource acquisition process - both onboarding and offboarding * Tracking planned releases, deliverables and timelines * Facilitating Organizational Surveys, Training Compliance and Timesheet adherence as needed ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The manager stressed that this role will be heavily involved in Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables. Making sure financial spreadsheets are consistently being updated, monitoring emails/communication and keeping everything in sync. He is looking for someone who is a self-starter and can work autonomously as this is a role that he really needs someone to help keep everything buttoned up and organized. He worries that someone in the role will get bored if they are looking to do more of a product owner/project manager type of role as this person will be very heads down most of the time. *Skills* excel pivot tables, MS suite, Jira, program manager *Top Skills Details* excel pivot tables, MS suite, Jira, program manager *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Primary Skill: Experience with Project Financials/Estimation, Program Management and Resource Acquisition/Forecast Management Secondary Skill: Technology Delivery Management Tertiary Skill: JIRA USDC - Charlotte Preferred Pay - $50-$52/hr *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
