Description The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating a wide range of documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communication guidelines, process documentation, findings/trends from data reports and analyst communications, etc., Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as SOPs, communication guidelines, process flows, and project plans. Collaborate with various departments including data analysts to gather information, report findings, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Document all aspects of the healthcare insurance operations, including interactions with the outsourcing partner. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards. Create user-friendly guides, manuals, and data analytic finds, for internal and external stakeholders - ensure analytic findings are understandable to leadership and other non-technical stakeholders. Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability. Manage document control processes to ensure proper versioning and accessibility. Assist in the development of training materials and resources. Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is nice to have. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, CRM tools, etc.,) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
