Office Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of office support services. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional workplace environment through effective team management, operational oversight, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage daily operations of office support services including:


    • Mail services
    • Hospitality and conference room management
    • Lobby and reception services
    • General business support functions


  • Supervise, train, and motivate office services staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
  • Conduct and document employee performance evaluations, including attendance tracking and reviews
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly production and performance reports
  • Maintain inventory and order office and pantry supplies
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with all direct reports
  • Support daily office functions by:


    • Stocking office supply areas, printer stations, kitchen pantries, and conference rooms
    • Providing backup support for all Office Services roles as needed


  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and company events
  • Support facilities-related requests by:


    • Logging and resolving issues via ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk)
    • Performing daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance or facility issues (e.g., lighting, leaks, furniture condition)


  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding by coordinating employee workstation setups and office seating
  • Provide regular status updates on open tickets and ensure timely resolution and closure
