What to Expect This role combines two core responsibilities. The first is leading the design and delivery of people space projects, partnering with internal cost estimating and construction teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful execution from concept through construction. The candidate will oversee design workflows, coordinate design reviews, and deliver fully integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC). The second aspect involves front-end lab planning, engaging directly with engineering end-users to gather requirements and develop functional, purpose-built lab spaces. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience within A/E firms. A solid understanding of all engineering disciplines and the ability to manage scope, programming, and change are critical. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
