What to Expect
This role combines two core responsibilities. The first is leading the design and delivery of people space projects, partnering with internal cost estimating and construction teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful execution from concept through construction. The candidate will oversee design workflows, coordinate design reviews, and deliver fully integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC). The second aspect involves front-end lab planning, engaging directly with engineering end-users to gather requirements and develop functional, purpose-built lab spaces. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience within A/E firms. A solid understanding of all engineering disciplines and the ability to manage scope, programming, and change are critical.
What You'll Do
- Maintain space planning team design process workflow
- Organize and manage design reviews, construction design packages and deliverables to support all aspects of construction; including scope of work, kick-off, 30%, 60%, 90%
- Own the full design efforts for infrastructure and Workplace development from concept to delivery to meet ouraggressive goals
- Manage all aspects of technical planning, scope development, change management, programming, and design
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment
- Understand lean construction principles and fully integrated design using BIM
- Implement innovative engineering and design methodologies to support very aggressive program and construction schedules
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or the equivalent in experience, with experience managing multi-discplinary projects within A/E firms. 6+ years of experience is preferred
- Fully understanding all engineering disciplines and be able to demonstrate skills to manage engineering resources
- Proven record in delivery of IFP and IFC packages
- Experience designing Workplace, manufacturing facilities and site infrastructure development
- Advanced project management skills,demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems
- Ability to effectively execute many projects and tasks in parallel
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
