REMOTE/HYBRID Radiologist - UNC Caldwell in western NC (FT/PT/PRN)

UNC Health is currently seeking a clinically oriented, board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist to join our team at UNC Health Caldwell. This position will support radiology services at the Hospital in Lenoir, NC.

We are seeking personable and engaging diagnostic/procedural radiologists to join the team working remotely, or in a hybrid model.

Position Information:

• Open to per diem, part-time or full-time radiology candidates.
• Located in the Greater Hickory Metro Area of NC!

About the Ideal Candidate:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
• Eligible for or ability to obtain North Carolina medical licensure

Education Requirements:

• Active member of the Caldwell Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• DEA;ACLS;MD

Professional Experience Requirements:Prefer prior hospitalist experience.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Radiology.
