*Remote Contract Operations Lead Opportunity*
Remote - Contract Until the end of the Year (December 2025) M-F schedule, standard business hours *Benefits of the role:* * Opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing start up companies * Medical, Dental and vision Benefits available on the first day of each month * Weekly pay * $40 hour *Description of the Role* As an Operations Lead within Vendor Operations, you'll play a key part of supporting our daily operations in New Verticals catalog onboarding. Our New Verticals cohort includes all of our retail merchants, who come with complex onboarding challenges and are a key part of the business. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on vendor quality performance across critical metrics such as SLA adherence, quality scores, and other quality-related key results. With the support of your peers, you'll track issues from intake through resolution and partner closely with vendors to meet deadlines and meet operational goals. *Also, TRAITS I'M LOOKING FOR:* Comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and getting details right. 1. Self-Led BUT also a Team Player - eager to learn with given resources and lean on your partners and ask for help. 2. Scrappy - act decisively and independently to get the job done quickly. 3. Efficient Operator - bias to action and detail-oriented 4. Detail-Oriented - thorough troubleshooter, willing to get the job done right. 5. Communicator - clear & concise at managing updates with cross-functionals and communicating results. *Technical Skills:* * Google Sheets / Excel - proficient. Able to create and manipulate data to report results and understand trends. Formula experience. * SQL - basic understanding. Able to manipulate and write queries to pull performance metrics. *Knowledge / Experience:* **** 2-4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or program management-preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * A strong understanding of quality management processes, KPIs, and root cause analysis * Exceptional organization and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities * Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or business needs * Experience reading or reporting on various dashboards and reports (e.g., in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools) * Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking in cross-functional or vendor-facing meetings * A proactive and collaborative approach-someone who takes ownership and drives projects forward independently * A knack for identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements * Familiarity with catalog, vendor management, content management, or similar operational workflows is a plus *Next Steps:* * Please apply directly to this job posting and I will reach out to you in the next 1-10 business days to discuss next steps!
