Position Summary: This role involves collaborating with Duke Energy management and various business units, including regulated utilities, corporate affairs, communications, tax, and finance. The objective is to identify and prioritize federal policy opportunities, formulate company positions on these issues, and design and execute advocacy strategies to achieve these goals. The candidatewill communicate and advocate the company's positions to Congress, the Administration, and relevant federal agencies as necessary. This position reports to the Managing Director of Federal Government Affairs. Responsibilities:
Working Conditions:
$190-218k Salary is determined on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities of role, years of related experience, and internal equity. Base salary amount may come in at any point of the range listed. Total compensation, including additional bonuses, will vary based on bonus eligibility and company benefits.
