Job SummaryThe Flex /HRA Technical Analyst is responsible for providing quality service by timely and accurately reviewing/ entering and/or modifying flex/hra eligibility/payroll data in the flex/ hra proprietary system according to established procedure and client requirements. This position is also responsible for responding to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries (PMC/web inquires) from clients, brokers and co-workers in regards to eligibility, payroll, plan parameters and implementation
  • Based upon the client's plan design requirements and IRS regulations the FSA HRA Technical analyst will review, interpret, enter, and process enrollment and payroll data in a timely and accurate manner utilizing the flex/ hra proprietary system.
  • Review and resolve flex/hra error and audit reports to ensure eligibility, auto claim submissions and payroll data are loaded timely and accurately in the flex/hra proprietary system.
  • Maintain assigned flex/hra work queues according to Luminare Health procedure and turnaround time expectations.
  • Work with supervisor and/or Senior Technical Flex/HRA Analyst to resolve eligibility, payroll, demographic, customer service, audits, claims and plan setup issues.
  • Create and send customized reporting to client.
  • Process void and stop pays within the flx/hra propriety system and the Luminare Health accounting department.
  • Respond to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries from clients/brokers, co-workers regarding flex/hra eligibility/payroll/auto claim
  • Treat all inquiries professionally and respectfully following Luminare Health guidelines
  • Appropriately refer or escalate calls based on customer service procedures and guidelines.
  • Research inquiries and respond appropriately.
  • Follow-up regularly on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly and accurately document all inquiries using the flex/ hra proprietary system and Family Files following Luminare Health guidelines
  • Create and maintain group setup in the flex/ hra proprietary system
  • Create and run recurring and custom reports. Track inventory, turnaround time and quality of work.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years in customer service & production driven environment
  • Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with team members, employees/members, providers, and clients
  • Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form
  • Flexible; open to continued process improvement
  • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, to adapt to various system platforms, and to effectively use MS Excel/Word

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in an FSA/HRA environment
  • Self-Funded/Fully - Funded Insurance/Benefits and/or TPA experience
  • College Degree Preferred

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
