What You'll Be Doing: * Keep things moving by managing essential data entry and validation tasks * Coordinate third-party services like title checks, appraisals, and flood certifications * Review and verify loan documentation with precision * Connect with customers via calls, email, or chat-making every interaction count * Keep an eye on workflow queues and jump in when needed * Collaborate with a team that thrives on delivering exceptional service Who We're Looking For: * Someone with 1-3 years of mortgage operations or financial services experience * New grads with a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related fields are welcome! * Associate's degree holders or those with equivalent experience * Strong skills in Microsoft Office * Bonus points if you've worked in the mortgage industry! * Knowledge of federal, state, and local lending regulations is a plus If you're passionate about finance, love solving problems, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team-this role is your launchpad!
