Role Summary As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Corporate Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You'll be responsible for developing executive-level reports, conducting in-depth variance and trend analysis, and building financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, enhance financial transparency, and support decision-making. A focus on process improvement, system optimization, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives will be essential for success. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage corporate financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Analyze P&L performance, variance trends, and key business drivers across product lines and divisions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reporting packages for senior leadership and the board of directors
  • Assist in quarterly earnings preparations including peer research and ad-hoc requests
  • Systems Lead for Corporate Finance (Oracle, SAP)
  • Support scenario modeling and M&A analysis (as needed)
  • Partner with HR department on the annual budget process and lead the monthly forecast revisions
  • Independently draw conclusions from complex data and help make insightful financial decisions and recommendations with minimal guidance/input from management.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting or related field, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in CPG company
Skills and Competencies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), financials systems (Oracle, SAP) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with complex concepts, analyze data, draw conclusions, make recommendations while using judgment, experience and increasing industry knowledge
  • Ability to work with Executive level business partners with clarity and accountability
  • High level of independence and ability to make impactful decision with little to no supervision

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,100 - $129,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.

Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
