Hill International is seeking a Project Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania



  • Support the Project Controls Manager through coordination of project activities, tracking and maintenance of project documentations, completion of analysis, and management of work-streams
  • Assists with coordinating and tracking deliverables, meetings and other information necessary for program support
  • Documents and tracks project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets
  • Assists in conducting analysis and prepares presentations for use in communication of facts, practices and policies
  • Interacts with Project Managers and client team members
  • Provides support in activities that assist in completion of project tasks
  • Create and update program and project team documents and subsequent versions for multiple programs
  • Integrate known processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Create and maintain program reporting inclusive of outstanding items and key milestones
  • Communicate timely and effectively with clients and stakeholders


  • High school diploma required. Two- or four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field preferred
  • Equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree also accepted
  • Experience providing direct project coordination support in construction field preferred
  • Strong technical skills including MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and orally to a diverse audience of various levels of education and expertise
