The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is a key member of the Fortinet sales organization, responsible for delivering standardized operational support across assigned sales districts. Operating within a centralized Center of Excellence model, the SSR ensures consistency, data integrity, and scalable execution that enables sales teams to focus on revenue generation. In this role, you will partner closely with Field and Inside Sales Account Managers, Deals Desk, Channel Operations, and Sales Operations to support lifecycle management, quoting processes, and forecasting accuracy. The SSR role is operational in nature and does not include prospecting, business development, or individual quota-carrying responsibilities.
