• Ensure a safe working environment by consistently applying safety programs, procedures, and PIT equipment practices.Conduct regular 5S audits to uphold high standards and proactively address areas for improvement.
• Submit timely and accurate incident reports, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions for safety and service-related issues.
• Select, train, and assign staff to specific roles while fostering team development and accountability.Monitor and manage team performance to achieve productivity goals and support organizational objectives.
• Plan and oversee daily operations for assigned groups, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control.Analyze and report volumetric data to support accurate labor planning and resource allocation.
