See Yourself as an AVP, Housing Initiatives

Radian is embarking on a new strategic effort to deepen our long-term commitment to housing equity and community investment. We're seeking an experienced, purpose-driven leader to shape and launch new initiatives that will expand access to safe, stable housing through place-based partnerships, revitalization efforts, and community-focused programs.

Radian has a long-standing commitment to making homeownership more accessible and equitable. In 2024 alone, we contributed more than $1.2 million to over 200 organizations, including a $100,000 grant to Rebuilding Together Philadelphia to support home revitalization and prevent displacement. Through our partnership with Nueva Esperanza, we helped secure $1.35 million in financing from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh to expand affordable housing opportunities. We also raised over $475,000 through our Opens Doors Opens Hearts fundraiser to benefit families in need of housing support.
