THE ROLE:

Entegris is currently seeking Quality Inspector IV to join our team. This position will be based at our Colorado Springs, CO facility.

The Quality Inspector IV, Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Quality Inspector group, ensuring timely measurements of production parts, generation of CofAs, prioritizing tasks of the Quality Inspector Group and driving Quality Work Requests to completion while fostering a safe and positive work environment.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 7AM-3:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead shifts pass down to incoming shift, providing accurate and adequate information for smooth transition

• Assign and prioritize daily Quality Inspector tasks

• Escalate issues to proper parties, working them through completion

• Train and certify Quality Inspectors from level 1 through level 3

• Verify completed FAIRs

• Generate CofAs for Entegris Customers

• Utilize variety of measurement tools and systems

• Troubleshoot equipment as needed

• Attend production meetings as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor

• Addresses any conflict, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Appropriately escalate safety, ethical, or operational issues to the Supervisor

• Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Support a culture of recognition and reinforce positive behaviors through utilization of the Spotlight program

• Consistently display our PACE values, acting as an example of a leader who creates a positive and collaborative environment

WHAT WE SEEK:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3 - 5+ Years of Quality Experience

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures

• Good attention to detail

• Experience with measuring tools, CMM etc.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during the entire shift.

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward

• An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Compensation: $26-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
