We are looking for a person who has a background in employee benefits, project management, and enjoys a blend of client-facing and cross-functional partnership.

This hybrid role can be based near our Lake Mary, FL or Hammonton, NJ office locations where you will be delivering innovative health and benefits solutions and work closely with both prospective and existing clients within Aon's Health Solutions team. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in domain leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

What the day will look like
  • Articulate and communicate the domain's value proposition and key differentiators to both internal teams and clients regarding our health and enrollment services.
  • Work with the Sales team in developing prospect sales strategies and decide on the most suitable solution and platform for each opportunity to deliver a strong, value-based message in all sales opportunities.
  • Complete pricing, ensuring that margins reflect the complexity, scope, and size of each deal and provide input on RFP responses after analyst review, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Review discovery documents outlining detailed solutions, and tailor materials and demonstrations based on client needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate large projects from prioritization to hand-off, including the development and ownership of project plans.

  • Proven experience in the employee benefits industry and leading projects
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Access is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
