POSITION TITLE

Associate Sales Representative - OVIK Health

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to launch a career in medical sales. The Associate Sales Representative will support the OVIK Health sales team in managing customer accounts, executing sales strategies, and learning the fundamentals of the medical sales profession. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for healthcare, and a desire to grow within a dynamic sales organization.

You will be a part of our Sales Associate Training program.

This position requires regular travel within a multi-state territory and should be based in any major city, preferably Chicago or Atlanta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Strategic Account Managers in day-to-day sales activities and customer interactions
  • Assist in organizing and conducting product demonstrations and in-services
  • Perform customer outreach campaigns aligned to strategic initiatives generating leads and qualifying them for the sales team.
  • Shadow sales representatives during customer visits to gain hands-on experience
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with customer data and sales activities
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up under the guidance of senior team members
  • Participate in internal training programs to develop product knowledge and sales skills
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and market research
  • Build foundational relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support promotional initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree (relevant degree preferred)
  • 3 years' experience in customer service, sales or healthcare (or relative experience - internships or relevant part-time roles may be considered)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in medical sales
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) and manage travel logistics
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience in healthcare products or demonstration of medical devices
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting
  • Location near a major city and airport (Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, Columbus, Charlotte, or nearby city is preferred)
PAY TRANSPARENCY

The base salary range for this position is $57,136 - $85,843 annually based on a national average and mid-range of experience and qualifications. Actual pay may be adjusted based on the candidates specific location, qualifications, skills and experience.

This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
