What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As Senior Manager on Digital and Communications Infrastructure team within Macquarie Asset Management (or "MAM"), execute new investment opportunities, including evaluating, analyzing and performing due diligence on companies across digital and communications infrastructure sector, and managing existing portfolio companies. Specific duties: lead and manage transaction processes, including both internal and external resources, and work directly with portfolio company management to oversee and direct execution of business plans and other initiatives; develop investment theses through research into new subsectors and determine their suitability for investment by MAM-managed funds, ultimately providing recommendations for potential investment; participate in transaction origination, including forming and maintaining relationships and improving MAM's market knowledge, performing investment opportunity analysis, including evaluating specific acquisition opportunities and leading due diligence, conducting financial analysis, preparing materials for internal investment committee, and helping with transaction execution; and work directly with management teams of portfolio companies on wide variety of initiatives, such as budgeting and business planning, bolt-on transaction execution, financing, and strategic initiatives, managing fund reporting and valuation processes, and supporting junior resources and other team members in their professional development.
$240,000 - $280,000 per year.
Within this salary range thebase salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
