Job Posting End Date: Until Filled Shift: 1st Security Clearance: No Clearance SUMMARY Maintain GD NASSCO ledgers and financial statements to ensure timeliness and quality of financial information. In conjunction with the Accounting Supervisor, prepare consolidated financial statements for distribution to management and submission to GD corporate office. Reports to the General Accounting Supervisor and/or General Accounting Manager. Interfaces with NASSCO Management and Departments: A/P, A/R, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Facilities, among other NASSCO departments. External contacts include, intercompany business units, internal and external auditing firms, tax authorities and governmental agencies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects or controls, and to talk and hear. Must be able to walk to all yard locations. The noise level is usually moderate. Observe and support GD NASSCO health, safety and environmental policy. PAY SCALE $70,300 - $96,700 This pay range is a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. It takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and education.
