Floral Shop Assistant

We have a temp-to-hire role for a Floral Shop Assistant who's equally comfortable designing centerpieces and delivering smiles. Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Longer hours may be required during holidays

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate materials
• Creative, customer-service-focused, and ready to work as part of a team
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays when needed

*Prior experience in a floral shop or similar creative role preferred

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist florists with designing and assembling bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements
• Prepare flowers by trimming, cleaning, and organizing floral materials
• Maintain clean and organized tools, equipment, and workspaces
• Package floral arrangements for delivery with care and precision
• Deliver floral orders promptly and professionally (valid driver's license required)
• Load, secure, and unload flower arrangements for deliveries and events
• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and on delivery
• Monitor inventory and assist with the procurement of floral supplies
