Overview

Metronome is seeking three motivated Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to join a high-impact NGA mission team within the Source Directorate. This position will provide collection management and collection throughput support, working side-by-side with government teams in a traditional collection management role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage GIMS functionalities, including but not limited to: GIN creation, GIN modifications, dissemination rules, and OOI queries.

  • Analyze GEOINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable conclusions for complex intelligence problems.

  • Implement situation-driven (ad hoc) strategies to optimize GEOINT collection.

  • Evaluate and test new capabilities and procedures in GIMS to improve mission outcomes.

  • Collaborate with mission partners and government teams to execute collection strategies.

  • Travel up to 25% as mission requirements dictate.

Required Skills
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph.

  • Experience using GIMS and related collection management functionalities.

  • Ability to analyze data and apply findings to complex GEOINT problems.

  • Familiarity with implementing ad hoc collection strategies.

  • Familiarity with evaluating or testing new capabilities and procedures in GIMS.

  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in Northern Virginia.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting the development of automated collection strategies.

  • Ability to maintain a Supplier Management database and technical data within GIMS.

  • Willingness to provide rapid-response support for urgent ("must-have") collection needs.
