Under the guidance of the Senior AllPRO tester, the Branch Systems & Integration manager and in partnership with Information Technology (IT), participate in system functionality testing, documentation and requirement discussions. Assist with design, planning, deploying and performing testing scenarios, document testing scenarios and results in specific test cases, log defects, complete tracking, attend planning meetings and provide research and support for the ALLPRO application. Must have an in-depth knowledge of the ALLPRO systems (including, but not limited to TellerPRO, SalesPRO, ServicePRO and CarePRO), ancillary systems (SharePoint, Quality Center) and the core system to be able to apply a quality/assurance/testing methodology. Must have the ability to analyze testing results, identify issues and communicate accordingly to the Branch Systems and Integration Manager and the Senior AllPRO tester. Additionally, document enhancement requests identified by the front line user, and perform documentation and system reviews for quality control purposes.Job Accountabilities
* Design, plan, deploy and perform system integration tests that fully test all business requirements/releases using established testing methodologies.
* Create and document test cases, test plans, test results and time tracking in applicable systems.
* Incorporate knowledge of the ALLPRO systems and front line processes to establish usability testing.
* Communicate testing results to Branch Systems and Integration Manager, Senior AllPRO tester and IT Business Systems Analyst. Communication may involve development and presentation to key business leaders.
* Participate in meetings; prepare and present topics as assigned.
* Coordinate with Branch Systems & Integration manager and the Senior AllPRO tester to recommend system enhancements, write requirements and implement improvements.
* Demonstrate and maintain a working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures. Effectively communicate changes in process or procedure to help facilitate any updates to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business Required

Experience
2-4 years Front line; including sales (new account) and/or teller. Systems functionality and programming criteria as it pertains to the ALLPRO and other system applications. Required
