Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our analytics and reporting team in Northern, CA. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to develop their skills in data visualization, process automation, and business reporting while gaining handson experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Lists.

The successful candidate will help design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency, track program performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of data collection tools using Power Apps connected to SharePoint Lists.
  • Create or maintain Power Automate flows to streamline workflows, automate data refreshes, and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint Lists used for operational tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to define and monitor KPIs and program metrics.
  • Perform basic data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards.
  • Document data sources, workflows, and reporting procedures for future reference.
  • Respond to adhoc data requests and provide basic data analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and creating basic dashboards or visualizations.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Access) or writing simple SQL queries.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Effective communication skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with intermediate Excel functions.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint Lists and data management. Exposure to process improvement or workflow automation projects.
  • Experience creating basic forms or data entry solutions.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $74,152.00 - USD $93,600.00 /Yr.
