Starting Salary Range: $131,000.00 - $141,000.00 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. As our Lead Operations Planning, you will help engineers apply MISO strategy (through people, process, and technology) to be more effective in outage processing. As the Lead Operations Planning, you will lead a team that enjoys fulfilling all aspects of the job with equal enthusiasm that requires significant interaction and relationship with our customers and a balance of autonomy and collaboration within MISO. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on process changes to allow execution of new technology. You will lead the team to engage and change behaviors that better pre-position the team for the future management of the lifecycle of an outage. Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (required)
Experience
demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functionally and at various levels within the organization (preferred)
