About Crowe AI Transformation

The new AI Transformation team will build on Crowe's established AI foundation, furthering the capabilities of our Applied AI / Machine Learning team. By combining Generative AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering, this team empowers Crowe clients to transform their business models through AI, irrespective of their current AI adoption stage.

About the Role

  • As a Functional Consultant on the AI Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding Crowe Global firms to onboard, configure, and fully leverage AI tools for measurable business transformation

  • Lead workshops and training sessions for ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Crowe internally developed AI tools to accelerate AI adoption

  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and AI strategies for maximum alignment with business goals

  • Manage client onboarding for AI tools, ensuring smooth deployment and high user engagement

  • Guide clients in identifying and prioritizing AI use cases to maximize operational efficiency and impact

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, use case scoping, and solution fit analysis to deliver tailored AI solutions

  • Develop and maintain user stories, test cases, and support project documentation for streamlined implementation

  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to validate solution design and ensure technical feasibility

  • Create and deliver user guides, quick start materials, and internal training content to drive self-sufficiency

  • Support change management, adoption metrics, and post-implementation reviews to optimize value realization

  • Monitor and communicate project status, risks, issues, and opportunities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, successful outcomes

  • Manage AI tool configuration, security, and compliance with firm policies to protect client data and ensure regulatory readiness

  • Implement Crowe's AI governance frameworks and risk management processes for secure and ethical AI use

  • Participate in Crowe AI communities to share insights and drive continuous improvement across engagements

  • Actively engage in professional learning within the constantly evolving AI landscape, with an emphasis on the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Success in this role looks like detailed, well-maintained requirements aligned to a solution's vision and strategic goals; it looks like productive collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role

  • Proven experience working in functional teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI and its business applications

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in various industries

  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, particularly in relation to AI and Power Platform

  • Common understanding of Product Development and Software Development Life Cycles. Bonus points for experience in MLOps and AI product development.

  • Proven experience creating artifacts and documenting requirements for software projects, ensuring that business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements are clear, concise, testable, and traceable

  • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and requirements gathering with clients

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning AI solutions with business needs

  • The ability to navigate conflicting perspectives and ambiguous requirements with an eye on business context and customer needs

  • Commitment to responsible AI usage, data privacy, and governance practices.

  • Collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in business analysis, with a knack for translating business needs into technical requirements

  • Experience with analysis techniques/methods (including scope diagrams, process models, data models, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, storyboards, prototypes, state diagrams, CRUD matrix, etc.)

  • You can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical or unfamiliar audiences, both written and verbal; you support the creation of client-facing deliverables and documentation

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

  • You're familiar with the software development lifecycle and AI Ops best practices

  • Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure AI, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services

  • Expertise in prompt engineering and familiarity with tools like Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Studio

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools within the Microsoft environment

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment

  • Actively looks for opportunities to try and learn new things. Hungry to try new tools and techniques or try new areas of the business to test yourself

  • You enjoy sharing what you learn, whether by offering cross-training opportunities, giving internal team "lightning talks," or by writing detailed comments on tickets when you close them

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year.
