| Duties and Responsibilities |
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Assistant Dean in developing, implementing, and assessing Law School strategies, systems, policies, and best practices. This includes supporting associate and assistant deans, directors, and committees, as directed.
- Managing and coordinating data analytics and data related projects for assessment and accreditation purposes, as directed.
- Maintaining records and databases and ensuring the office maintains necessary software and technology updates relating to data gathering and reporting.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for Law School faculty, administration, and staff.
- Assisting with daily operations and overall office administration.
- Works collaboratively across the Law School and University and is accountable.
- Performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned.

| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Three (3) - five (5) years of experience working in a higher education setting or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong data analytics and data processing skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

| Qualifications |
Preferred qualifications:
- J.D. degree.
- Previous experience working in higher education data assessment and accreditation.
- Previous knowledge and experience working with data collection software.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
