Position: Occupational Health Counselor - Per Diem
Shift: As needed by department, 3 shifts a month minimum requirement

Experience:
1. A minimum of two years' experience preferred.
2. Some weekend or evening work required.
3. Must have own transportation.

Education:
Nursing Degree is required.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA Nursing or other professional license as appropriate.
2. Driver's License.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
