Job Description:

Serve as a strategic consultant and subject-matter expert in advertising technology (Ad Tech) and digital media enablement. Translate complex technical solutions into actionable marketing strategies that support Marketing Operations and advance digital capabilities. Responsible for managing integrations, scaling data partnerships, owning audience strategies, and advancing the sophistication of media and identity platforms. Ability to simplify complex systems, drive innovation, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison between Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to strategically align, prioritize, and execute Ad Tech initiatives and ensure seamless platform integrations.

  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to drive advertising audience opportunities using Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) and other tools, including segmentation, analytics, testing, and activation.

  • Lead strategic evaluation and implementation of new technologies and digital vendors across dynamic creative optimization (DCO), media tools, identity resolution, onboarding, and customer data platform (CDP) systems.

  • Develop and execute scalable processes to support 1st-party data utilization across digital media platforms and campaigns.

  • Manage technical implementation and oversight of marketing pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), and integrations with DSPs and ad servers.

  • Provide consultation and guidance around identity strategy, deep linking, attribution models, and privacy-compliant data flows.

  • Serve as a thought leader on Ad Tech innovation, emerging capabilities, and future-proofing efforts across paid media.

  • Represent Marketing in cross-functional forums to communicate business requirements, build buy-in, and deliver integrated roadmaps.

  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to derive actionable insights from media performance and test results.

  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Ad Tech systems, data flow, and how platforms like DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, and ad servers

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Adobe Audience Manager, and experience driving value from CDPs or identity platforms

  • Knowledge of key industry concepts like identity resolution, hashed emails, cookies (1st/3rd party), tracking pixels, and privacy frameworks

  • Skilled in vendor management and evaluation of Ad Tech tools and capabilities

  • Skilled in communication, presentation, and storytelling -capable of reducing complex systems into digestible narratives

  • Ability to work across teams to lead technical implementation and resolve data or integration challenges

  • Ability to influence decisions in cross-functional settings and articulate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to strategically think with a focus on long-term capability-building and scalability

  • Ability to handle high volumes of work with ability to prioritize effectively and meet promised timelines

  • Ability to lead ideating, presentations, mentoring, and group-thinking sessions

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:

  • Digital media or marketing technology, including hands-on platform and vendor experience

Licensing/Certification

  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time

  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive market salary from $122,200 - $135,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
