Overview:

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to maintain and update customer SharePoint site collections and libraries.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain knowledge repositories for customers, to include obtaining customers' requirements.

  • Maintain document repositories (versions and tagging) for customer deliverables, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and team documentation.

  • Update customer SharePoint Sites, subsites, pages, libraires, list, apps, and permissions.

  • Maintain configuration of SharePoint layout and changes to site requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Management process and procedures; provide training and SOPs to leadership and team members.

  • Provide SharePoint training and tutorials to government leadership and team members.

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting.

  • Provide Task Management support to include coordination as required with tasker POCs, tracking status through completion by due date, updating and publishing the Tasker Rollup, and conduct Tasker Review Meetings with Branch Leadership.

  • Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly.

  • Must have at least 10 years' experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple and ad hoc changes.

  • Experience with SharePoint Designer desired.

  • Experience with SharePoint Web Development desired.

  • Experience with Data Visualization Design.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be required both inside and outside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
