What You'll Do Assemble, crimp, solder, and test custom electrical cables and harnesses to exact specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. What We're Looking For Experience with cable assembly, soldering, or electronics fabrication (IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting. High School Diploma 2+ years of similar experience Knowledge of Mil-Spec components preferred, but not required Due to Federal Contracting requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.
