What to Expect

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to assist the Legal Operations team with diverse projects and provide general administrative support. Your goal is to take away tasks from their daily role, giving them the ability to use their time productively while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. An effective person in this role will drive positive change, balancing organizational needs and limited resources with creative solutions. This career opportunity will support our Legal Operations team and legal team members with projects and administrative tasks.


What You'll Do
  • Managing the legal tracker email alias and triaging accordingly and/or managing responses to external and internal stakeholders
  • Becoming familiar with the legal document system and related Tesla systems to research legal matters and invoicing status
  • Providing support to managers and staff, assisting in daily office needs, and managing Tesla's general administrative activities
  • Team communications - communicating effectively and timely with Legal Operations team and staff attorneys
  • Responsibility for supporting project work as assigned by Legal Operations Manager
  • Contributing to time-bound, large-scale projects as needed

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and possess strong organizational skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to independently problem solve
