Job Description:

Critical Order Representative(s) primary duties will include, but not limited to: Expediting Aftermarket parts for customer orders that have been escalated to the Machine Down list, Salesforce case management, and general buyer support within the Aftermarket team.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Supply Chain and Internal production facilities regarding expediting Machine Down items that have been escalated to the Critical Order Team
  • Salesforce action management, providing visibility to external teams on part status.
  • Will work a yearlong side project that goes hand in hand with standard work.
  • Will have 4 quarterly projects that will be decided by the individual.
  • This is a team environment, there will be shared tasks between all members of the Critical Order Representative's including closing completed Salesforce action's as well as coverage when others are out.
What you'll bring

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Access
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external departments
  • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment with priorities that change daily.

Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem solving mindset.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in Aftermarket Supply Chain
  • Previous expediting experience with external supply base and internal customers

Salary: The hourly rate range for this position is $25-30/hr.
