The 324 Activity Manager provides a technical conduit between the Project, Engineering, Facility, and the Subcontracted Employees as required. Along with assisting in the development of the final Facility and Waste site disposition.

The 324 Activity Manager will be responsible for executing the following:
* Will contribute to the development of overall project scope including technical requirements, materials, equipment and resources. Prepares and maintains detailed scope documentation for project work activity modifications.
* Provide support to 324 Stabilization projects, matrixed staff, subcontracted personnel, along with coordinating across CPCCO and Other Hanford Contractor (OHC) organizations in support of the 324 Stabilization Project completing milestones and committed goals.
* Assist project controls with updates FES activities, adjust durations, and identify project priority decisions.
*Maintain a comprehensive awareness of scheduled project work and drives resources, parts, and paperwork necessary to meet task readiness and coordinates the field work through completion.
*Maintain effective interface with Project Manager, Engineers, Facility, and Subcontractor Employees.
*Represent the project team in status, integration, or other meetings.
* Acts as a Buyer's Technical Representative for given contracts.
* Contribute to the writing and review of Statements of Work (SOW) and other related items.
*During Project implementation, coordinate field walkdowns and establish/verify as-is conditions and as required to successfully complete the project work activities.
* Advise management of developments that could impact project scope, cost, and schedule. Comprehend and follow Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) work steps (Scope, Analyze Hazard, Identify Controls, Perform Work, Feedback). Stays current with changing work practices and policies.
*Ensure that work performed is being done according to technical work documents.
*Assist in integrating project schedule activities into the facility scheduling programs (i.e. Plan of the week).


Basic Qualifications


* Manager Grade 18 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 or more years of relevant experience

* Manager Grade 19 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 7 or more years of relevant experience

* Manager Grade 20 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 8 or more years of relevant experience

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Experience in the development and management of Construction projects of increasingly larger size and complexity.
* Well versed in variety of technical and people skills
* Experience with requirements relative to Hazard Category 2 nuclear facilities.
* Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
* Minimum of 2 years construction/design experience in nuclear facilities.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Grade 18: $92,700 - $148,550
* Grade 19: $101,950 - $163,050
* Grade 20: $112,250 - $179,500

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
