If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Finance Transformation to join our CFO organization. Responsibilities: Key financial liaison for multiple internal investment areas supporting leaders in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts Report on monthly results, and perform variance analysis against budget Track and report return on investment measures Give executive summaries of key findings, and presents to management Provide directions to the necessary leaders, and analysts on interpreting complex data Work with team members on identifying improvements to financial measurement of the various investments Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in finance and accounting within a professional services firm or similar environment is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Ability to present findings to leadership concisely while understanding the supporting details Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Business Objects Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
